ONCE THE UNIT IS DISASSEMBLED, FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
1. Place O-Ring inside EZ-Twist Cap. It will fit inside, above
the threads.
2. Replace the EZ-Twist Cap
3. Slide the Rubber Seal on to the Quartz Sleeve down from the
open side about 1". See A
4. Slide Quartz Sleeve into the unit. There is a seat at the
bottom of the unit that the quartz sleeve fits into.
5. Push down gently on the Quartz Sleeve until you can see only
half of the Rubber Seal. See B
6. Twist on the Quartz Cap, this holds the Quartz Sleeve in place.

7. Check for leaks.
8. Connect Lamp to Transformer.
9. Slide Lamp in. Do not drop it in or it will break the quartz
Sleeve. Twist down the transformer cap.
