Fiberglas shells shown on our
website are made in California and the the best of our knowledge
are not available outside of California. We have only one location
in Northern California.
The only method of shiping any
of the fiberglass ponds is by motorfreight. None can be shipped
by UPS or Fed Ex.
With the exception of the San
Francisco Bay Area, all shipments of fiberglass must, for their
own protection, be crated. A small half-dime sized pebble traveling
at 55 mph can easily become a "bullet" and put a hole
in an uncrated shell, large enough to cause a leak.
Due to the amount of space these
shells occupy on a truck, basic square footage, shipping costs
can be more than the cost of the product itself. Crating for
shipments outside the S.F. Bay area is additional
We use a special motorfreight
carrier who is sensitive to the special needs and care required
to transport these shells.
