Use Real Clear® AK when excessive aquatic debris has become a problem in your pond. Real Clear® AK is manufactured to battle tough pond problems for a clean pond and a safe, healthy aquatic environment for the entire pond population. It also reduces sludge and unpleasant odors created from waste products in ornamental ponds. Use appropriate dosage weekly until desired appearance is achieved. When satisfied with your pond's appearance, switch to Real Clear® Bio-Clarifier for ongoing maintenance.

Real Clear® Bio-Clarifier is a natural product manufactured to reduce ammonia, waste products and nutrients commonly found in ornamental ponds. Real Clear® Dechlorinator is manufactured to safely remove harmful chlorine and chloramines from pond water without harming plants or fish. Chlorine and chloramines are added to many municipal water sources to protect humans. These chemical additives are toxic to fish and can cause serious injury if not removed from the water supply. For most effective treatment, treat water before introduction to pond. Contact your local utility for more information on chemical additions to water supplies for your community.

Real Clear® Lowers pH

Lowers pH to safe levels

Safe and effective treatment for ponds

Real Clear® Lowers pH is manufactured to safely lower the pH in pond water. Used as directed, the pH value will not drop more than 0.2 points per application. Products that affect the pH in ponds should be added and monitored carefully. Major changes to pH can be stressful and therefore harmful to fish. Optimum conditions for pond water pH are 6.5-8.2. pH values change depending upon the time of day; typically values are lowest during the morning and highest at sunset. Be sure to test your water frequently to become familiar with your pond. If water pH is above 8.0, add Real Clear® Lowers pH, if water is below 6.5, add Real Clear® Raises pH. Once the pH is within the desirable range, lock in that value with Real Clear® BUFFER to maintain the pH within the proper parameters.

Application rate:

One tablespoon of Real Clear® Lowers pH treats 500 gallons of pond water.

Real Clear® Super Pond Flock™ is an organic flocculent that works like a dirt magnet to quickly clear cloudy water. Derived from chitin, the natural polymer found in crustacean shells, it causes suspended particles to clump or "flock" together. It also increases the capture efficiency of filters by forming a cationic network on their surfaces and allows them to clean longer between back-flushing. Will not form a scum line or clog filters.

To have a healthy pond, a narrow pH range of 6.5 - 8.5 must be maintained. Many external factors including acid rain and photosynthesis can cause pH swings.
Wide swings in pH can harm and even kill fish. To avoid harmful swings and maintain a healthy pH range, a buffering capacity of 80-240 ppm is required.

Real Clear® Buffer is manufactured to maintain pond water at optimum buffering capacity of 80-240 ppm. When properly applied, Real Clear® Buffer will stabilize
pond water pH in the healthy range of 6.5-8.5.

Real Clear® CW™ New Cold Water Formula

Formulated for water temperatures below 60°F

Use Real Clear® CW™ as a cold water biological treatment to prepare pond for winter and as a regular winter time additive for maintaining pond water conditions. Much like Real Clear® AK™ and/or Real Clear® Bio-Clarifier™, use Real Clear® CW™ to control excessive aquatic debris and for maintaining effective biological filter performance during periods affected by low temperatures.

Real Clear® CW™ is manufactured to battle tough pond problems for a clean and healthy aquatic environment for the entire pond population. It also reduces sludge during the cold season and prepares the pond for the following year by maintaining abundant beneficial aerobic and anaerobic bacteria throughout the entire pond. Use as a winter prep product for ponds that develop ice or for regular cold water maintenance in more moderate climates.

Follow use instructions for best results. For extremely bad conditions, increase frequency of dosage to 2X's (example: Sunday and Thursday) each week for the first week or two, then return to the recommended once per week dosage. When water temperatures rise above 60°F use either Real Clear® AK™ or Real Clear® Bio-Clarifier™ for ongoing maintenance.
