Sales tax within California in your county will apply. Free shipping applies only to orders placed on line. Orders phoned in will have shipping costs applied. Some exceptions may apply. Our shipping policy excludes some products (as described below). Our shopping cart does not recognize this fact. When you place a order that qualifies for free shipping, the shopping cart will post a 8.00 shipping fee. This is due to the programing limits of our shopping cart. We will zero out and overide this field in the processing of your order. All excluded items are noted with see shipping info near the item's SKU#. Due to the sheer size and weight of some products, the following items are excluded from free freight on orders over 100.00: tanks, tubs, holding and hospital tanks, fiberglass pond shells, pond liners, flexpipe, most of the bamboo products, granite landscape features, large brass landscape features, metal fountains, filter grates, paint (sealants), pre filters, extra large leaf traps, large size pond balance, food greater than 7 lbs., Matala full and half size sheets, Polyester filter media, Aqua Art RetroDrains, Aqua Ultraviolet UV units, replacement lamps, Ultra Media, Ultima II fiters (many Aqua Ultraviolet products are currently offered with rebate, see individual pages). For items that incur shipping charges, shipping is calculated by: Size & weight of order; Service requested; Distance shipped. Generally, items are shipped by UPS Ground Service. UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at your request, for additional charge. Larger items are shipped by common carrier motor freight. We do not ship to PO Boxes Most of the items are in stock and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed of the expected shipping date. A few items have a 2 - 6 week lead time. Terms For fastest delivery, use Mastercard, Visa, Discover, money order or cashier's check. Personal checks are accepted; orders will be held until checks clear. Orders are subject to freight and insurance charges. Warranties Copies of manufacturer's warranties are available upon request. For a copy of the individual manufacturer's warranty, give us the item number and description. All manufacturer's warranties are passed on to the consumer. Livestock - We do not ship livestock. Pumps Some pumps are shipped ready for "hardwire" installation. Consult local building codes for correct installation method. "SJ type" cord sets are available upon request when ordering. Returns Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization. Call Aqua Art for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization and the RMA number clearly marked on the box. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging, only. All returns must be shipped prepaid. There is at least a 15% restocking charge on all returns. No refunds or returns on: cut media, medicine, nets, netting, or food. Insurance & freight charges are non-refundable.
